The Endpoint Details and Endpoint View are available for both online and offline endpoints. This replaces the Asset details for endpoint view integration in Interact.

You can now view sensor descriptions and runtime statistics from the suggested question text.
Improved the communication format between the core platform servers and Tanium Data Service (TDS) that significantly decreases the processing time for continuous harvest results.
High Availability Aware Harvesting distributes questions used for continuous harvest evenly between Tanium servers in an active-active configuration. This decreases load on individual servers in comparison with previous versions of TDS.
Staggered harvesting spreads question execution over the duration of the harvest period. This distributes the demand for endpoints over time and reduces spikes in Tanium client resource usage. Continuous harvest mode for cached results in which collection questions are kept open continuously so that results are sent from endpoints when available instead of on a periodic schedule. This increases the speed at which results are updated.

Known Issues

When viewing cached data, you cannot combine advanced filters with the filters applied to the questions for selected sensors.
In some instances, when filtering on a sensor in a question with multiple sensors selected, the cached data excludes endpoints that do not match the sensor filter.
Advanced filters on the Count column do not currently apply to cached data.
The data service uses Computer Serial Number along with Computer ID and Computer Name to uniquely identify an endpoint. If Computer Serial Number fails to return a value, the endpoint and its results are not included in the cached results. This is an issue in some virtualized environments such as Proxmox and AWS. If you encounter this issue, contact your TAM to resolve it by choosing a different identifier or submitting an improvement for the Computer Serial Number sensor.
