Important

  • The Default Content packages are now delivered via ECF. Please review the documentation for migration instructions. This change means the packages no longer need to be recreated or updated after each solution update and the Distribute Tanium Standard Utilities - [Mac] and Distribute Tanium Standard Utilities - [Linux] packages are no longer necessary

Known Issues

  • An adjustment to the Default Content toolset supporting the Tanium Client Core Health sensor is causing the sensor to return Unable to perform PowerShell execution test, please ensure the latest Default Content tools are installed. This occurs despite the latest Default Content tools being installed. A remedy has been identified and is available in Toolset Manifest 2.24.102; 2.26.83 or higher.

  • Updated metadata for the Online sensor to improve interactions with Tanium Query Language generation.
  • Updated user returns for MacOS devices. Users now return only the primary dscl RecordName value for username.
