Important Notes
- With Trends 3.6, we are ending Tanium Administrative Console and Workbench support for Internet Explorer 11. For the best experience, use a recent version of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Mozilla Firefox to access the Tanium Console.
- Installation or upgrade of Tanium Interact, Tanium Trends, and Tanium Client Management should be completed, in that order, prior to installing any other module.
- Tanium Core Platform 7.3.314.4250 or later is required
Resolved Issues
- Fixed an issue that could cause a source collection to occasionally not insert any results with the message zero rows were upserted.
- Sources will automatically retry a failed collection when zero results are returned but the expected rows is greater than zero.
- Fixed an issue where incomplete sensor information could result in missing columns in the source definition.
- Fixed an issue where some users got an error message instead of the Trends overview page.
- Fixed an issue where navigation to boards and sources wasn’t possible until a board and panel were imported from the initial gallery.
- Fixed an issue where Computer Groups weren’t populated in the settings menu after the service account was entered.

- This release includes a refreshed user experience, bringing more reporting, consistency, and configurability to the forefront.
- Added quick links on the Connect Overview page to provide shortcuts to frequent actions and views.
- New business-focused Risk and Security Metrics and IT Operations Metrics boards available in the Trends gallery.
- New number chart with optional historical trend indicator.
- Updated conditional formatting badges to allow a default or customized description.
- Added an option when conditional formatting is used to color just the badge or both the badge and background.
- Performance improvements to the Trends Overview and All Sources pages.
Resolved Issues
- Fixed an issue where drill-down into a sensor with multiple columns might not produce the correct filters in Interact.
- Fixed an issue where labels on the donut chart could overlap.
