Enhancements
- Support for On Prem customers. On Prem customers get the exact same Tanium Cloud experience for Screen Sharing. On Prem customers need to enter a one-time passcode (from the license email) in the Direct Connect settings the first time they are provisioned for a POC or Production license.
- Provide additional information during loading of screen sharing sessions to distinguish between an action being deployed versus waiting on an attended user to accept screen sharing.
- Unattended sessions now automatically lock after sessions are ended.
- Made improvements to the "Connecting" page to more accurately reflect the status of the connection.
Resolved Issues
- Fixed issue that prevented Screen Sharing admin from viewing audit log.
- Fixed issue that may cause portions of the Screen Sharing experience to be available before it is fully provisioned.
Upcoming Releases
The following features are under active development already and will soon be available in upcoming releases:
- Support for new pricing. Instead of pricing per endpoint, the new pricing structure allows customers to buy per active operator.
