Improvements
- This release includes a refreshed user experience, bringing more reporting, consistency, and configurability to the forefront.
- Replaced list terms with Custom Hash List throughout the Reputation service.
- Added new Reputation Hash List Read and Reputation Hash List Write permissions.
- Deprecated the Reputation Whitelist Blacklist Read and Reputation Whitelist Blacklist Write permissions. These permissions will be removed in a later release.
- During upgrade, the new permissions are applied to the Reputation roles provided by Tanium. This includes Reputation Administrator, Reputation Operator, and Reputation Service Account.
- If you have custom roles that use the Reputation Whitelist Blacklist Read or Reputation Whitelist Blacklist Write permissions, you must manually replace the deprecated permissions.
- Updated the boards in the Trends gallery and the Reputation Overview page to reflect the new terminology.
- Hash uploads will continue to support the old terminology (whitelist and blacklist) to avoid breaking existing integrations or hash lists.
- Added support to upload hash lists with DOS format line breaks.
Resolved Issues
- Fixed issue where some support bundle endpoints timed out.
- Fixed issue where loading a lot of hashes to the bad list caused service to become unresponsive.
