Tanium Reporting 1.27.35

This version of Reporting has the following required dependencies at the specified minimum versions:

Enhancements

  • Added an Explore Data button to all managed reports to enable users to open a managed report in the Explore Data page for further investigation.
  • Modified the Deploy Action behavior to open in a new tab.
  • Added the collection date and time to charts that only show data for a point in time, such as bar, donut, and number chart types. The date is accessible upon hovering over the chart title. If a dashboard level timeframe is selected, the date listed is the last date collected in the timeframe specified. Charts that have been added to a report always show the current timeframe.
  • Added the ability to resize the width of an action panel.
  • New features added to the Endpoint Details view. Note: these features require Tanium Investigate:
    • Investigate tab that provides a timeline view of Activities and allows adding Activities from an endpoint to an Investigation.
    • Remote Management tab that provides live visibility and control over running processes on the endpoint.
    • File Browser button added that allows viewing, tailing, downloading, and deleting files from the endpoint’s file system.

Resolved Issues

  • Fixed an issue where historical collections for the Dashboard ‘CVE-2023-36884 - Office and Windows HTML Remote Code Execution Vulnerability’ included with Emerging Issues Content 1.2.9 would run more often than once daily.
  • Fixed an issue where action panels in a dashboard would show an error if the supporting report does not return any results.
  • Miscellaneous bug fixes.
