In previous releases, Platform Services contained individual services that are fundamental to the product operation. Tanium is discontinuing the integrated Platform Services solution and introducing separate solutions for the individual services. Starting with this release (1.6.8), there will be no services included in Platform Services. This release is necessary for backwards compatibility.
