Tanium Interact Version 2.6.108

Important Notes
- Continuous Harvest was not functioning properly in previous Interact 2.6 releases on Tanium Core Platform 7.3.x, resulting in missing and incomplete cached data. If you have Tanium Core Platform 7.3.x and installed a previous Interact 2.6 release, you must verify that the Continuous Harvest setting is enabled after you upgrade Interact. For more information, see Tanium Core Platform User Guide: Configure advanced settings for sensor collection.
- A known issue exists when upgrading from Interact 2.3.4 while using a limited privilege non-administrator service account. After upgrade, sensors that were previously selected for caching are no longer cached. To resolve the issue, reimport Interact 2.6.

- Fixed an issue where aggregate item counts used in deployment and reporting summaries could be incorrect if the number of unique items is greater than 5000.

Enhancements
- Improved the ability for assistive technology, such as screen readers, to process status notifications.
- Continuous harvest mode for cached results in which collection questions are kept open continuously so that results are sent from endpoints when available instead of on a periodic schedule. This increases the speed at which results are updated.
- Added Sensor Name and Parameters to the Question Results grid header to distinguish between returned columns.
- Updated the Tanium Home page Environment Status charts to highlight the number of online endpoints, number of total endpoints, total breakdown of operating platforms, and count of unmanaged network interfaces.
- Added a notification and link to Tanium Client Management on the Tanium Home page when no clients are connected.
- Improved cached results memory utilization and query responsiveness.
Resolved Issues
- Fixed an issue where Interact would fail to install or upgrade on Windows Module Servers when the language was set to German or French.
- Fixed an issue where the merge button was shown for users that do not have the Ask Dynamic Question permission.
- Fixed an issue where copying to the question builder could incorrectly convert regex matches to “starts with”, “ends with”, or “contains”.
- Fixed an issue where the Asset Details popup modal in results last seen would report being several days prior to the actual last seen date.
- Fixed an issue where a user attempting to load a saved question where they were missing Read Sensor permission would see an endless spinner.
- Fixed an issue where entering a special character in the search of Interact Content would cause an error.
- Fixed an issue where users without access to the sensors used for the Environmental Status charts would see errors on the Tanium Home page.
- Fixed an issue where the default filter group of a dashboard was not applied.
- Fixed an issue where dashboards might not retain questions added or removed from them.
- Fixed an issue where the Filtering By Text on a cached result could produce incorrect results
- Fixed an issue where the Question Results grid would request data multiple times instead of making a single request.
