Known Issues and Workarounds
- If Protect version 2.0 or 2.1 are installed, upgrading to Protect 2.1.1 is required with Direct Connect > 1.2.2
- If upgrading Direct Connect to 1.3.0 or later, a service using Direct Connect may stop allowing Live connections due to a non-deterministic race condition. A restart of the service will resolve the issue.
Requirements
- Tanium Platform 7.2 or later
- Minimum Client Version 7.2.314.3211 or later
- The releases of Tanium Trace 2.9.0.0035, Threat Response 1.2.0.0037, Map 1.1.1.0006, and Integrity Monitor 1.7.0.0035 and later all include a significant update to how the endpoint recorder technology is distributed and managed. You must update to at least the minimum versions above for Direct Connect to function properly.
