Release Notes Default Content (Version 8.4)
Thank you for choosing Tanium. This article documents changes between releases of Default Content, which is the solution formerly known as "Initial Content - Base".

- The Default Content packages are now delivered via ECF. Please review this community article for migration instructions. This change means the packages no longer need to be recreated or updated after each solution update and the Distribute Tanium Standard Utilities - [Mac] and Distribute Tanium Standard Utilities - [Linux] packages are no longer necessary
- Endpoint Fingerprint sensor added to uniquely identify an endpoint in TDS
- Set Linux Tanium Client Logging Level and Set Mac Tanium Client Logging Level Packages are being deprecated in favor of the Set Tanium Client Logging Level [Non-Windows] Package.
