Added the ability to export RBAC details for roles as a CSV file for auditing or documentation purposes.
The default theme has been updated to Dark Mode. This will not affect users who have manually selected a theme in their Preferences.

Fixed an issue where content set permissions were not being set when another permission should have implicitly provided it.
Fixed an issue where a user with the Import Signed Content permission and the Content Administrator role were unable to import signed content.

Fixed an issue where increasing the platform setting, max_console_idle_seconds, to extend the timeout for a user’s session beyond 60 minutes was not reflected in user preferences, limiting the session timeout options to 60 minutes or less.
