General Availability Release Date: August 10, 2021

Resolved Issues

  • Fixed an issue where it was not possible to create a new configuration setting when a default value for that setting already existed in the database.
  • Fixed an issue with the proxy configuration page where the Validate Proxy Settings test would not work correctly.
  • Fixed an issue with the proxy configuration page where port validation prevented the trusted host or bypass CRL list from being set.
  • Fixed an issue where the "All Content Sets Option" was only visible when creating a role, but not when editing a role.
  • Fixed an issue where new packages were not created with the “Launch this package command in a process group” option set by default.
  • Fixed an issue where Action History would show a blank Action Group when the Action targeted “All Computers”
  • Fixed an issue where the Filter Builder would allow an OR filter with an empty group which resulted in all endpoints selected when creating a Computer/Filter Group, testing a Sensor, or targeting a Package.

Enhancements

  • Dark theme is now available for Console and supported products. The theme can be changed from Default to Dark in the User Preferences. Users that have their operating system set to a dark theme will receive a one-time prompt to switch Tanium to dark theme after logging into the Console.
