  • Tanium™ Discover 3.0 or later required for remote vulnerability reports
  • Tanium™ Endpoint Configuration 1.2 or later
  • Endpoint Configuration is installed as part of Tanium™ Client Management 1.7 or later.
  • Tanium™ Interact 2.12.114 or later
  • Tanium™ Trends 3.6 or later
  • Tanium™ Reporting service 1.3.12 or later
  • Tanium™ API Gateway 1.1.13 or later
  • Tanium™ Blob service 1.0.6 or later

Enhancements

This release includes:

  • Support for verifying the public key fingerprint of endpoints for SSH connections made by Remote Authenticated Scans.
  • Added 30-day grace period for expired licenses.
  • Remote Vulnerability Assessments are now called "Network Unauthenticated Assessments" and are created as an option for Vulnerability Assessments.
  • The Assessments page now includes "Modified On" and "Last Modified By" columns.
  • Added support for Debian 11.

Bug Fixes

Fixed an issue with:

  • World-writeable files in Linux vulnerability content files.
  • TVL exports showing "undefined" for CVSS scores.
  • Getting errors when creating new Connect jobs with Remote Vulnerability as a source.
  • Assessment actions being recreated and requiring Action Approval.
  • Not being able to create vulnerability assessments for Alma Linux.
  • Errors on the Setup > Compliance page.
  • 504 errors when exporting to CSV from the Findings page.
  • Duplicated rows in the Applicable Patches grid.
  • Manually uploading TVL files.
  • Custom vulnerability sources showing no CVEs.
  • Exporting Cisco findings.
  • Compliance HTML exports producing mostly empty files.

Known Issues

  • RAS findings export (Download to CSV) from workbench returns error.
  • RAS findings export from Connect returns 0 rows.
  • Workbench compliance assessment CSV exports are empty and HTML exports are missing data.
  • Workbench vulnerability assessment exports (HTML) may contain additional findings data.
