Introduction: AIX_Extensions

The AIX Extension solution provides additional sensors and packages for AIX specific functionality.

Usage

In order for many of the AIX specific sensors to execute, all AIX sensors should execute the Action AIX Hardware Probe to generate the content.

Packages

AIX Hardware Probe

This package builds initial repository of AIX hardware information used by sensors. It is recommended to run this fairly regularly to ensure up to date information around AIX Filesets and APARs deployed.
